Tandem
This is a special type of skydiving invented over 23 years ago by the Relative Workshop. A highly trained & experienced skydiver takes a training course to become a licensed ‘Tandem Master’ which allows them to use special equipment and take passengers.
This method of skydiving is faster, simpler, and less expensive for novices than the traditional approach which requires a person interested in making a first skydive to go through 6+ hours of ground training and then jump with two instructors.
The process begins with the passenger reading and signing an assumption of risk agreement and a hold harmless agreement. These simply explain that skydiving has some inherent risks and willing to accept them.
Next step is to receive a briefing, don a tandem harness, and practice the arch body position. Then we ride in an airplane up to jump altitude, which is around 2 miles up. On the way we do some site seeing, shoot some video, and review the jump.
Once in freefall you will be able to breathe deep and enjoy a new view of your world followed by a peaceful canopy ride. After landing we will take the video shot of your jump and burn it to DVD adding slow motion and music.
