BASE is a very challenging and dangerous type of parachuting that involves jumping from low altitude objects with only one canopy.

BASE is an acronym that stands for the main four types of objects jumped which are: Building, Antenna, Span, and Earth.  Other jumpable objects include dams, constructions cranes, wind turbines, and smoke stacks.
